Hello SFF! This is my first attempt at trying to codify the many findings regarding LaW Vehicles. I used to think it was relatively simple to determine which vehicles to use (aka just use Falcons) but as more and more vehicles come online and with the addition of the "Event Vehicle" we must be strategic in our Pilots/Vehicles/Parts.
This is a dynamic spreadsheet. Its a little complicated if you've never or rarely used Excel before. Basically, you just go to the Starfighters Tab. The rest of the Tabs are all the background data that is used to support the Starfighters Tab. Choose the vehicle you potentially want to place your current (or planned) pilots into. I have set the baseline with some of the best configurations for each vehicle I could find (My focus was attack here but obviously there are defensive bests as well). Choose your pilots, choose the Evo (and see all the changes when you do), choose your parts. Then check the right hand columns. The 3 biggest areas to pay attention to: Ship Dmg (Actual Damage you will do to Capital Ships), Damage from the Various Ships (should you get hit by laser cannons) Mon Cal, Providence, Star Destroyers (I/II), and the Vehicle HP (VHP). Note: if the damage you take exceeds you VHP, you will lose your ship if you get hit by the specific capital ship. Something to think about. A dead starfighter is a worthless starfighter.
I'm working on the locked down version where you can only change specific cells and the ones with formulas cant be changed. Just wanted to get this out. If you make an accident, download a new version and overwrite it. That is until I lock it down, then you can't (unless you REALLY try) break it.
