Evil Bungalow came up with this formula. It was sent in by Malenko:
6,000 HP repaired on ship for 10 Cells Charged. So, 100 cells = approximately 60K repair, or 50% of our total HP.
Example: We have lost 34K HP. If we charge 50 Cells, that's 30K. If we charge 60 Cells or more, we only charge 34K. 80 cells? 34K. Get it?

So, My take on it is this:
The ship starts with 120,000 HP If 10 Cells = 6,000 HP, then 120,000 HP = 200 Cells... right? [200 Cells X 6,000 HP = 120,000 HP]
So another example is: Our ship is slightly damaged - down to 100,000 HP [Out of the 120,000] We need 20,000 HP to get back to MAX The person(s) in charge of REPAIR, only need to charge 30 cells to get back to 118,000 HP? [30 HP cells X 6,000]
If he charged 40 cells [40 Cells X 6,000 HP = 24,000 HP] then 4,000 is wasted right? We started at down to 100,000. We REPAIR 24,000 - Putting us at 124,000, correct?

So after I launch my ship, I usually look to see what the ship needs work on to distribute the rest. Should I continue that or what would you like me concentrate on or reserve cells?

After TURBOS are charged then do SHIELDS. ONLY DO REPAIRS WHEN EVIL OR MAL SAY TO - AND ONLY BY THE AMOUNT THEY SAY. Usually we will only need them to handle it

Since the max HP that can be recoverd during a round is 60 000 at 100 Energy, only when the ships HP is at 65 000 or less is it necessary with a 100 Energy charge. Also, this is just for the round numbers on the ships HP. If we do not want to "waste" energy by charging too much, this table will give you a hint on how much to charge. I would still recommend to "waste" 10 Energy to get full hp if the ships HP falls below 95 000 in one round. If half our HP is gone, then we need to get it to max to prevent accumulating too much damage that in the long run will take us down. Short term it is acceptable, but if the battle drags out, we might just lose because of that in a surprise attack. One may think that 6 000 - 10 000 HP damage on a ship is not much if we do not repair it all the way, but too many have fallen by that mistake in the past. I'm just the guy to confirm the numbers, Mal and Evil are the one who calls the recharge rate. I'll make the call if they are missing.

So here are the new numbers for the new flagship: The Star Destroyer The least amount of energy one can spend to repair is 10, that results in a 7 822,5 HP recovery. Since the number is not round, I adjust it to 7 800 blank in the table for easy reading. Ships HP | HP Loss | Energy to recharge health | 155 000

Since it is not possible to waste more than max 10 energy (20 under special circumstances), if someone do charge more than is needed it is no big deal. Only thing is that those 10 energy could have been spent on another system. So if possible, if we say for example charge 80 %, then try and not go over. This is not 100 % accurate, but close enough for now. If someone else notice the exact number for repair, do tell me and I'll adjust if needed.
